In her annual report, the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court ratified that, at least since 2017, Maduro’s dictatorship has committed crimes against humanity.
In addition, the Prosecutor points out in her report the repressive forces of the dictatorship that have been in charge of executing the orders of Maduro’s murderer.
